Martin Clayton

Following a first degree in Business Studies, Martin completed a masters in Marketing Research at Cranfield University examining models of "buyer behaviour".

On graduation, he co-founded the agency with fellow graduate, Mike Reed. He has an active interest in IT and all aspects of research - both qualitative and quantitative.

Specialisations include: attitudinal research, perceptual mapping, customer service benchmarking programmes, projective techniques and quantitative research methods.

David Carr

With over 10 years qualitative and quantitative experience in research projects ranging in diversity across new product potential, strategic re-positioning, brand positioning, customer satisfaction and socio-economic studies, David Carr offers a wide range of analytic insight. Sectors covered include industrial/commercial, food & drink, financial services, telecommunications, health and safety, and business relocation.


In addition to the key personnel, we work with a number of high calibre Associates -- freelance personnel equipped with a range of specific market research or employee opinion research skills and sector experience. We have developed close working relationships with a number of international freelancers (and in some cases, businesses).
